I understand emergencies happen, but please respect my time and others that may want to get in with the limited availability. All appointments are subject to the following terms: • You may cancel, modify or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 4 hours preceding the start time of your appointment. • Less than 4 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the full service price booked. • A “No Show” will result in a charge of 100% of the full service price booked. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a “No Show”.
